- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Chirco/Visionary Title is HORRIBLE. if you like getting your closing statements 1 hour prior to closing. then is riddled with many errors. and when you confront them . The air of hostility is rampant. Their receptionist is blatantly obnoxious. Apparently they also piss off the people from another closing while there for my closing. Then commission checks were cancelled, took another week to issue. after 5 days of trying to discuss with Paul Chirco the issues was told he didnt have time to return my many calls.. even 1 star is to generousBy Frank Hill, November 10, 2017
